Brand Development
Solana Hotel & Spa is located in Mellieħa in the region of Malta. It underwent a complete renovation from interiors to brand identity in June 2018. The hotel is located close to the beach and situated in a beautiful tourist area. It has a sun terrace and several restaurants where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.
The brand identity focuses on it's location underlining the sun and beach. Golden warm colors was used to represent the sun and heat of summer in contrast to the blue's used to call attention to the sea and water. The blue also lends it a refreshing feel to compliment the value and relaxation aspects of the hotel and spa.
This project was done in unison with the rebuilding of the hotel, working directly with the interior designer to bring the same conceptualisations into the brand identity giving the new hotel a complete impression that works hand in hand to strengthen the corporate image.
