‘You look like home (black protea)’ Postcard
I love markets in the Netherlands, especially the flower stand. As I was walking by one on market day, I spotted these beautiful black proteas. It was the first time in my life that I’ve seen them and I just had to capture it to paper. This postcard is filled with detail and high contrast black and white with plenty of green leaves to soften the flower. It always amazes me that such a strong, bold flower can hold so much details.

The postcard is printed on PaperWise paper. This paper is made from agricultural waste and is environmentally friendly. It has a beautiful light beige tint giving it a rustic feel.
